The California State Lottery (Lottery) is inviting responses from qualified proposers to provide an email marketing and campaign management solution, including implementation services and ongoing customer support.

Vendors interested in submitting a quote for the services mentioned above must follow the instructions provided on RFP R004429. Please refer to Cal eProcure.

All responses must be received by the Lottery no later than January 8, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. (PST).
