NOTICE OF AWARDEE
This serves as notice that
Otto Construction
is the apparent successful Responder to
RFP #6122 Pre-Construction Services and Construction of the Lottery Headquarters Building.
The California Lottery (Lottery) is issuing the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite proposals from qualified firms to provide professional pre-construction and construction services to build the new Lottery Headquarters building at the Lottery's campus in Sacramento, California and establish a list of pre-qualified firms that may be contacted to enter into negotiations for future construction opportunities associated with development of the Lottery campus.
Qualified Responders must: 1) have the ability to fulfill the insurance requirements outlined in RFP 6122, Exhibit B, Draft Contract Terms and Conditions, 2) have identified in their proposal, a project team member who has responsible control for the construction services performed in Exhibit A, Scope of Services, who possesses a current and active Class B, General Building Contractor's license issued by the California Contractors State License Board and 3) satisfy the requirements set forth in RFP 6122, Section II, A, Mandatory Submittals.
The Lottery will not distribute paper copies of the RFP or maintain a bidders list.
