2nd Chance Code Submission Policy

Effective October 1, 2012

All 2nd Chance code submissions will be limited to no more than a combined 1,000 code submissions per calendar month.

For codes submitted prior to October 14, 2013, any person who enters more than 1,000 combined code submissions in a month during the entry period for any Scratchers 2nd Chance (Replay) or Fantasy 5 - 2nd Chance (Bonus Bucks) draw will be disqualified from that 2nd Chance draw. The Lottery will access accounts when draws are set to happen and make sure that the winners in each draw have not exceeded 1,000 total code submissions in any calendar month. If the selected winner has entered more than 1,000 codes in any month after October 1, 2012 and before October 14, 2013, that person and their entries will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected.

After October 14, 2013, the 2nd Chance system will not allow any player to submit more than 1,000 codes per month for any Scratchers 2nd Chance, Fantasy 5 – 2nd Chance and SuperLotto Plus 2nd Chance. A 2nd Chance counter will show how many month-to-date codes have been submitted to give players a clearer status of their submissions per month.

Entering a ticket code is considered a submission; however, submissions that offer multiple entries count as only one submission regardless of the number of associated entries.

Additionally, this policy includes limiting winners to a maximum of one (1) win per 2nd Chance draw.

This policy does not affect any submissions made prior to October 1, 2012.
