Prizes
Ten (10) winners of $1,000 for each Pool Draw. One (1) winner of the End of Game Top Prize amount for each specific Scratchers® game.
How to Enter
Any eligible Scratchers® non-winning ticket may be entered before the End of Game Top Prize entry deadline at https://secondchance.calottery.com/second-chance for a chance to win a $1,000 Replay™ Pool drawing prize and the Replay™ End of Game Top Prize for that specific Scratchers® game. Each valid non-winning ticket number may be entered once. After the End of Game drawing for a Scratchers® game, tickets from that game are no longer eligible tickets and cannot be entered into any more drawings. Some Scratchers® tickets may have additional 2nd Chance drawings for special promotional awards, each with their own specific draw schedule, claim period and official rules. Players may enter no more than one thousand (1,000) submissions per calendar month. If the player enters more than one thousand (1,000) submissions (draw games and Scratchers® tickets combined), the player will be disqualified from all draws open during that month. Players are solely responsible for monitoring their number of submissions each calendar month. Entry deadlines are subject to change by the Lottery. No mail-in entries will be accepted.
How to Win
Entry deadlines and details will be posted on https://secondchance.calottery.com/second-chance. Entry deadlines are subject to change by the Lottery. The Lottery will randomly select winners from the eligible internet entries received for each Replay™ Pool Drawing and Replay™ End of Game Top Prize Drawing. Draws will be conducted in quarterly intervals, at a minimum. Replay™ winners’ names from each drawing will be posted on the California Lottery website (see https://secondchance.calottery.com/second-chance/index/draws-prizes) by the posted date. Using the contact information provided to the Lottery by the player, the Lottery will notify each winner by e-mail to login into their account for “important information”. Upon login, the winner will be notified of the winning prize. Winners must submit a Winner Claim Form in accordance with Lottery Regulations and procedures. Players may not win more than one (1) prize in each drawing.
Drawings
In no event will Replay™ entries be accepted after the associated Scratchers® game’s Replay™ End of Game Top Prize entry deadline.
All timely entries are eligible for at least two (2) types of Replay™ drawings: pool drawing and End of Game Top Prize drawing.
Pool drawings occur on a progressive basis, meaning the entry deadline for one pool drawing is immediately followed by the beginning of a new pool drawing entry period. Eligible entries received after a pool draw entry deadline will automatically be entered into the pool for the next drawing. Entries are eligible for only one (1) pool drawing.
Additionally, eligible entries will be entered into the Replay™ End of Game Top Prize drawing for the specific Scratchers® game associated with that non-winning ticket. When an End of Game Top Prize drawing occurs, all valid ticket entries for that game that are received by the Lottery before the entry deadline will be eligible for the End of Game Top Prize drawing.
Eligibility and Participation
Participation is open to persons 18-years of age and older. Participants must meet eligibility requirements at the time of program drawing. This program is not open to certain Lottery vendors or employees of the California Lottery, their agents, and their family members residing in the same household.
Additional Terms
Participants are responsible for complying with these Official Rules. Proof of age, eligibility, and identity must be furnished upon request. Participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and hometown for advertising and publicity purposes, without compensation. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. By participating in the program, and/or accepting any prize or promotional award, participants agree to and do release and hold harmless the California Lottery and its commissioners, employees, agents, and officers from any claim, demand, judgment, award, and/or any liability of any kind whatsoever. The California Lottery reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time. In the event of a conflict, these Official Rules supersede any applicable general rules or advertisements of the California Lottery.
