Rare Double Fantasy 5 Wins in Riverside County – Two Lucky Players to Split Nearly $400,000 Prize!

SACRAMENTO – There must be something in the water in Riverside County – but in a good way! There are two winners from last night’s Fantasy 5 draw, and both lucky tickets were purchased at businesses in cities located not very far from each other. One of the tickets was sold in Corona and the other in Norco. Since the top prize is $373,290 – each winner will split half that amount and walk away with $186,645. Not a bad return on a $1 investment!
The Corona ticket was sold at Ravin’s Donuts, which is located at 774 N. Main Street. The other winning ticket was purchased at McGrueders Liquor & Smoke, which is located at 1943 River Road in Norco. The winning numbers are 23, 25, 31, 33, and 36. You might recall that in August, a winning Mega Millions® ticket worth $481,000 was also sold in Norco!

So now we’re just waiting for the newest winners in Riverside County to come forward so we can write some checks! If you do discover that you’ve won big, the California Lottery reminds you to sign the back of your tickets, keep them in a safe place and contact Lottery officials or visit your local Lottery District Office as soon as possible. Winners have 180 days from the date of the draw to claim prizes.

Fantasy 5 offers some of the best odds of any California Lottery game. A player wins the Fantasy 5 jackpot simply by matching five numbers out of a field of 39. Winning numbers are drawn every day. The top prize starts at $50,000 and increases daily until it is hit. Tickets are $1 and can be purchased from any of the more than 21,000 California Lottery retailers.

The mission of the California Lottery is to provide supplemental funding to California schools while simultaneously supporting local communities. More than 96 cents of every dollar spent by our players goes back to local communities in the form of contributions to public schools and colleges, prizes and retail compensation. The California Lottery urges its customers to play responsibly and within their budgets. If you feel you have a gambling problem, or know someone who does, you can get help at 1-800-GAMBLER.
