Halfway to the Deadline for $297,000 Lottery Ticket Sold in Anaheim
MEGA Millions® Ticket Has Gone Unclaimed for Three Months
SACRAMENTO – The California Lottery is still looking for a lucky Lottery player in Anaheim who matched five of six numbers in a MEGA Millions draw three months ago. Once the mystery winner is found it will definitely be worth their while – their ticket is worth $297,525. But time is of the essence.
The big winner purchased their ticket at the 7-Eleven located at 103 Brookhurst Street in Anaheim. The ticket matched the numbers 14, 1, 53, 50 and 35, missing only the MEGA number of 43. Winners have 180 days from the date of the draw to claim prizes. This ticket will expire September 19, 2011 at 5 p.m. The unclaimed funds will be transferred to California schools.
The California Lottery reminds winners to sign the back of their ticket, keep tickets in a safe place and contact Lottery officials or visit their local Lottery District Office as soon as possible.
