Sacramento--The California Lottery announced today that San Pedro's Mr. C's Liquor, owned by Bill and Mary Chan, has been named California Lottery's Retailer of the Year. A special presentation will be held at Mr. C's Liquor, 1925 S. Pacific Avenue, San Pedro at 11:00 a.m. on September 15, 1999.

"Dedication to their customers, involvement with the community, and focusing on promoting the Lottery with a positive attitude makes for a successful sales formula," said Director of Sales, Al Frazier. "The Chans are also lucky retailers having sold two SuperLotto jackpot tickets in 1989 and 1997."
