One Month Later and MEGA Millions® Ticket Sold in Pleasanton Still Unclaimed
SACRAMENTO – After one month, a MEGA Millions ticket sold in Pleasanton for the September 10 draw remains unclaimed. The ticket successfully matched five numbers – 20, 5, 33, 36, and 11 – and only missed the Mega number of 11.
The winning ticket was sold at Cole’s Market, which is located at 4277 First Street in Pleasanton (Alameda County), and is worth $220,648.
As a multistate game, MEGA Millions is played in California and 43 other jurisdictions (41 states plus the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
In order to claim a MEGA Millions prize, players must present to the Lottery the actual winning ticket. Players pick five numbers from 1 to 56 plus a Mega number from 1 to 46. Draw times are Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:00 p.m. PST. Tickets are $1 and can be purchased from any of the more than 21,000 California Lottery retailers.
