NorCal Man Wins $1 Million Scratchers® Prize
SACRAMENTO – Jose Angulo is the California Lottery’s latest $1 million prize winner, thanks to the $250 Million Cash Spectacular Scratchers game.
Angulo and his dad came into the Lottery’s Sacramento District Office this morning to claim the game’s top prize after he scratched the big winner yesterday afternoon. Angulo and his father were together when he bought the winning Scratchers ticket, and he said that as soon as he realized he was a $1 million winner he gave his dad a huge hug.
When asked what he would like to do with his winnings, Angulo said he hopes to buy a house.
Angulo bought his ticket at Dry Creek Liquor, which is located at 630 C Street in Galt (Sacramento County). The retailer is a winner too. Dry Creek Liquor will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
