LA LIVE Events
The California Lottery (Lottery) conducts promotional events to directly interact with the public, educate consumers and players regarding Lottery products and programs, and provide programs that motivate purchases.
Eligibility and Participation:
Participants must be 18 years of age or older. This promotion is not open to certain Lottery vendors, Lottery Retailers, employees of the California Lottery, their agents, and their family members residing in the same household. The Lottery reserves the right to terminate the events at any time.
How to Enter and Play:
Purchase $20.00 or more in Lottery products offered at any LA LIVE event to receive a chance to win a prize.
Players, one at a time, spin the Lottery’s wheel and land on a color which corresponds to a promotional $1.00 Scratchers® prize. The California Lottery reserves the right to limit the number of spins on the wheel to ten for any player that make a single purchase over $200.00 at a LA LIVE event. Any rule violation will automatically disqualify the participant. The Lottery reserves the right to change the game and prizes at any time.
Promotional prizes include promotional $1.00 Scratchers® tickets. Prizes may vary.
Participants are responsible for complying with these Official Rules in addition to state and federal law, and California Lottery Regulations. Proof of age, eligibility, and identity must be furnished upon request. Prizes cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash. By participating in the promotion, and/or accepting any prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the California State Lottery and its employees, commissioners, agents and officers from any claim, demand, judgment, award and/or any liability of any kind whatsoever. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Participants agree to the Lottery’s use of their name, likeness, and hometown for advertising and publicity purposes, without compensation.
