Q. What is the SuperLotto Plus Promotion at participating 7-Eleven store locations?
A. Players who purchase $5.00 to $9.00 SuperLotto Plus plays on one (1) ticket within a single transaction at participating 7-Eleven locations, during the promotional period, will receive one FREE SuperLotto Plus Quick Pick® play. Players who purchase $10.00 or more SuperLotto Plus plays on one (1) ticket within a single transaction at participating 7-Eleven locations, during the promotional period, will receive two FREE SuperLotto Plus Quick Pick plays.
Q. Can I select my own numbers?
A. Yes. you can select your own numbers for the purchased SuperLotto Plus plays, but the FREE SuperLotto Plus play(s) will be Quick Pick(s).
Q. When will this promotion begin and end?
A. This promotion is scheduled to begin November 8, 2017 and continue through December 8, 2017.
Q. Where can I play SuperLotto Plus to participate in this promotion?
A. This SuperLotto Plus promotion is available only at participating 7-Eleven locations.
Q. Will my SuperLotto Plus plays print on one ticket?
A. No. The purchased SuperLotto Plus plays will print on one ticket and an additional SuperLotto Plus ticket will print displaying the free Quick Pick play(s).
Q. Can I purchase Advance Play® during this promotion?
A. Yes, for Advance Play purchases of $5 to $9 you will receive one free Quick Pick.
For Advance Play purchases of $10 or more you will receive a maximum of two free
Quick Picks. For example, if you make an Advance Play purchase of $10 for two draws, a total transaction of $20.00, you will only receive two free Quick Picks.
Q. How will I know if I’ve won?
A. You can check your tickets using any Check-a-Ticket machine at a retailer, on the California State Lottery website, California State Lottery mobile app, and/or any Lottery terminal.
Q. What are the odds of winning?
A. Visit the California Lottery website at www.calottery.com to review your odds of winning SuperLotto Plus.
Q. If I am a winner, how do I claim my prize?
A. All prizes of $600 or more must be claimed using a Winner Claim Form located on the Lottery’s website at http://www.calottery.com/win/claiming-prizes. Or ask any Lottery retailer for a Winner Claim Form and pre-addressed Lottery envelope. You may also visit a Lottery District Office to process your Winner Claim Form.

SuperLotto Plus winners have 180 days from the date of the SuperLotto Plus draw to claim their prizes.
If you have filed a claim and your address and/or phone number has changed from what was originally listed on the claim form then please contact the Lottery Customer Service Department at its toll-free number, 1-800-LOTTERY, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm PT.
Q. Can I cancel my SuperLotto Plus ticket?
A. SuperLotto Plus tickets can be cancelled in accordance with California Lottery Rules and Regulations. The free Quick Pick play will be cancelled at the same time the SuperLotto Plus wager is cancelled.
Q. How many 2nd Chance entries will I receive?
A. You will receive one 2nd Chance entry for each SuperLotto Plus play received, including the free Quick Pick play(s).
