Lottery's Response:
The Lottery will notify the requesting party of the estimated date when any responsive records will be available or that there are no responsive records. The Lottery will notify the requesting party if any responsive records are exempt from disclosure under the Public Records Act, for example, if they contain privileged, confidential, or sensitive information.
Fee:
The requesting party may inspect public records free of charge anytime during regular business hours. Photocopies of public records will be provided upon payment of photocopying fees, which are currently $.20 per page. Other charges may apply depending on the nature of the records requested.
