Finding your username and/or password is easy. Just click the “Sign in” like normal, and click “Forgot Username/ Password.”
From here you can sign in two ways: either answer your security question or if you forgot the answer, get a temporary password emailed to you.
Some firewalls or security settings on your personal computer (PC) or network may prevent you from logging in successfully. For example, your PC setting must be enabled to receive cookies. Another potential problem is having too many applications open, as they may interfere with the log in process.
Revising or updating the information on your account is easy. Just sign in, hover over the MY ACCOUNT tab in the top right corner and select "Edit Personal Details".
From there you can make changes to any part of your profile, including updating your email address, mailing address, password, etc.
Yes. You can enter a drawing as many times as you wish. However, be aware of the code submission limitation policy and the code from a specific Scratchers ticket can only be entered once.
Once a specific End of Game draw entry deadline has passed, Scratchers tickets for that game can no longer be entered into any Replay draw.
All of your ticket entries are stored in your account and on the “My Ticket Entries” page.
A record of all previously submitted ticket entries appears in the “My Ticket Entries” page. If the entry record is there, you can be assured that it is in the system.
Here's our advice: You, the player, are ultimately responsible to keep all codes you’ve entered for 2nd Chance games . If there is ever a question regarding one of your codes, we think it’s better to have the physical codes in your possession. We recommend you keep your tickets/codes until the 2nd Chance draw for that particular game has concluded. Throwing away your tickets does not disqualify you from any drawing, and it's not required that you have the original ticket to claim any 2nd Chance prize, but we’d rather you be safe than sorry! Also, did you know that all Scratchers tickets are recyclable?
No. Mail-in entries are not accepted for the Replay program.
The policy starts October 1, 2012.
The Lottery will access accounts when draws are set to happen and make sure that the winners in each draw have not exceeded 1,000 total submissions in any calendar month. If the selected winner has entered more than 1,000 codes in any month after October 1, 2012, that person and their entries will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected.
No. The limit applies to a combined total of all entries – whether it be all Fantasy 5, all Scratchers or a combination of both. Every code you enter counts toward your monthly limit of 1,000.
Your Replay account gives you the option of seeing how many codes you’ve entered each day, so you’ll be able to know when you’re getting close to the limit and stop entering codes so you remain eligible for all draws. There will be no reminder and the system will not stop you from entering more than 1,000 codes, so it’s important that you track how many codes you’ve entered to prevent going over the limit and being disqualified.
The same limits apply for groups. The group will still only be able to input 1,000 ticket codes per month.
You will not be disqualified for entering more than 1,000 codes in any month prior to October, 2012 because the new policy would not have been in effect.
Approximately 2 weeks after each drawing, winners' names and hometowns are posted on the Replay page following the winners validation. Winners will be notified by email and that email will include a link to the claim form needed to claim the prize. Also, winning entries will be flagged on your “My Ticket Entries” page.
Winners are randomly selected from all entries received for each drawing. Drawings are conducted according to established Lottery protocols under the observation of an independent Certified Public Accounting firm.
Your odds of winning vary based on total number of entries received for a drawing and total number of entries that you have submitted.
Your session has timed out due to inactivity. This helps to ensure that your information remains safe.
If you want to submit codes into a 2nd Chance draw, you’ll need to sign in again.
