Randy Bratcher of Porterville had a dollar’s worth of change and knew exactly what he wanted to do with it. He bought one Big Spin Scratchers® ticket and ended up on the California Lottery’s television show spinning the largest prize wheel in the world. Bratcher won $60,000 and plans to start college funds for both his kids and take his girlfriend on vacation to Arkansas to visit family.
