2004 Retailer of the Year - San Dimas Liquor The California Lottery’s 2004 Retailer of the Year is San Dimas Liquor & Beverage Shoppe, owned by Wafa and Nathan Younan. A ceremony was held last month at the retail establishment to celebrate the honor. 2001 Retailer of The Year The folks at Primm Valley LOTTO store are celebrating, and with good reason. On November 15th, Joan Wilson, the California Lottery's Executive Director, presented manager Peggy Blomstedt with a Gold Lottery terminal and announced that this store is the Lottery Retailer of the Year for 2001.  More...

2000 Retailer of The Year On August 30, Lottery Director Joan Wilson presented the Lottery Retailer of the Year Award for 2000 to Jhon and G-K Dhaliwal and their sons, owners of 7th Heaven Market in Laguna Niguel.
