MEDIA ADVISORY - Unclaimed LA Mega Millions® Ticket Expiring

WHAT:	On the last day a Mega Millions® ticket worth $184,196 is available to be claimed, a California Lottery representative will be available to reporters at the site of the ticket’s sale. The ticket was sold in South Los Angeles. Lottery players have 180 days to claim most prizes. This ticket was purchased April 25. If it is unclaimed, its full value goes to California schools. Ninety-five cents of every Lottery dollar is returned to communities in the form of prizes, commissions to retailers and a contribution to California schools.
