A ceremony will be held honoring Tri Liquor Store in Westminster as the California Lottery’s Retailer of the Month for September 2009. This Lottery retailer has been in business since July 2007. Since then, they have had average weekly sales of $20,742. Tri Liquor Store has sold $1.9 million in Lottery products, and charitably donates to the Westminster Police and Fire Departments fund for retired and disabled officers and firefighters.
