Los Angeles Man Wins Nearly $50,000 in Latest Lottery Replay Draw

SACRAMENTO – These players didn’t win the first time around, but they persisted. Now, thanks to the California Lottery’s innovative Replay Program, nine lucky Lottery players from all across the state won second-chance prizes totaling $100,027.

The Lottery’s Replay program gives players a second chance to win prizes with their non-winning Scratchers® tickets. The rules are simple – players who purchase a Scratchers ticket can enter non-winning ticket numbers on the Lottery’s Replay website at http://replay.calottery.com/ for a chance to win top prizes. Each non-winning ticket number can only be entered once.

The following players won top prizes in the listed End of Game drawings:

  • Jeffrey Goff of Los Angeles - $47,777 Red White & Blue 7s top prize;
  • Enrique Ochoa of Santa Ana - $15,000 Double Match top prize;
  • Warren Jones of Pleasant Hill - $14,000 Wild Hearts top prize;
  • Shelly Murry of Apple Valley - $12,000 Cash Celebration/Holiday Cheer top prize;
  • Ann Hanson of Valley Village - $10,000 On the Money top prize;
  • Pedro De Los Santos of Los Angeles - $500 Cool Cash top prize;
  • Marla Ybarra of Bakersfield - $500 A Gift for You/Merry Money top prize;
  • Steve Schram of San Francisco - $200 Hit $200 top prize; and
  • Belen Lua of Orosi - $50 Hit $50 top prize.
  • Want to make this list next time? Just make sure you continue to enter your non-winning Scratchers with Replay logos on the Replay portion of the Lottery’s website.

    Seven more End of Game drawings are currently underway. Players have until October 26 to enter their non-winning tickets. Winners will be announced November 10. Prizes up for grabs include cash ranging in amounts from $711 to $20,000 for a total of $53,399 in available prizes.

    The next Replay Pool drawing winners will be announced October 15. Ten lucky players will receive a second-chance prize of $1,000.

    The California Lottery is celebrating 25 years of enhancing education and supporting local communities. More than 94 cents of every dollar spent by our players goes to public schools and colleges, prizes and retail commissions. Since 2000, Lottery players have contributed $1 billion to public schools each year, and, since we began in 1985, Lottery players have contributed more than $22 billion to education.
