Arturo Peña of Lake Forest has always felt very blessed to have a beautiful wife and six healthy children. He never would have imagined that after beating out nine other contestants in Aces High to go to the Big Spin wheel that his good fortune would continue, winning
$1,000,000! Peña was overcome with happiness, “I am definitely quitting my second job and spending more time with my family.” He would like to purchase a home and add a second car to their family. After winning, Peña called his wife to give her the good news and her comment was “stop joking.” Even she couldn’t believe it!
Juan Escalera from Porterville won $60,000 after uncovering a Spin-Spin-Spin on his Scratchers® ticket. Escalera, also a father of six children, would like to help his children and grandchildren with whatever they need. When asked what he would do for himself he replied, “I would like to go to Hawaii but I’m afraid to fly. Maybe I’ll take a cruise.”
