SACRAMENTO – The California State Lottery announced today that a new “Holiday Gift Pack” has arrived in stores just in time for the gift-giving season. At the price of $50, the Holiday Gift Packs offer $60 worth of lottery products in one convenient package.

This product is another example of our efforts to find new and innovative ways to deliver lottery products to our customers.”
The Lottery’s new Holiday Gift Packs offer a $50 assortment of Scratchers, as well as 10 coupons good for a $1 SuperLOTTO Plus Quick Pick® at any participating California Lottery retailer. Not only do these gift packs make shopping for lottery presents more convenient, this $60 value is available for only $50. They're perfect for office gift giving, holiday parties and that “hard to shop for” person on your list. Plus, each gift pack also comes with holiday gift envelopes to make giving even easier.
Holiday Gift Packs are available in limited quantities at a select number of lottery retailers. Public education receives at least 34 cents of every dollar players spend on Lottery products. The California Lottery contributed a record $1.28 billion to public education in 2005-06 out of historic sales of $3.58 billion, the sixth year in a row the Lottery has provided more than $1 billion in supplemental funding for education. Since its inception in 1985, the Lottery has contributed more than $18 billion to California schools.
