SACRAMENTO - California State Lottery players won a total of $267,500 on "The Big Spin®" show that aired statewide Saturday, March 4, 2006.
In this week’s Fantasy 5 Dream Machine there were three contestants playing for the top prize of $150,000. Jock Vartanian , a retired sales rep from Bakersfield won $80,000 and plans to use part of his winnings for a sun and sand filled vacation in Jamaica. Francisco Kiang, a forklift operator from Palmdale, won $70,000 and wants to take a trip to China with his wife. He also plans to help his son start a business. Manuel Delgadillo, a police officer and father of two, from Huntington Park, won $65,000. He plans to take his wife on two vacations, first to Hawaii and then to Mexico.
Thang Ngo, a smog technician from San Jose, outplayed nine other Aces High contestants to win $30,000. He plans to buy his father a bigger house and then take a trip to Hawaii.
