SACRAMENTO - California State Lottery players have a chance win more than $6 million on "The Big Spin®" show that airs in twelve television markets statewide Saturday, January 21, 2006.
Greg Steinberg, a tow company owner from Los Angeles purchased a Big Spin Scratchers® ticket at Service Station to the Stars and uncovered Spin-Spin-Spin when he scratched it. This earned him a direct trip to the wheel where he could win up to $3 million. "When I uncovered three ‘spins’ on my ticket, I just could not believe it," said Steinberg. Bill Smith from Aliso Viejo will be the sole "Fantasy 5 Dream Machine" player in this week’s show and could win up to $150,000. "This is really going to help because I’m retiring and moving to Colorado to be close to my family," said Smith.
