MEGA MILLIONS JACKPOT BURSTS TO $128,000,000

SACRAMENTO, CA – The weather in California may be cooling down, but the California State Lottery jackpot is heating up.  California State Lottery officials announced today that the MEGA Millions jackpot has rolled to $128 million, since no one selected Friday’s winning numbers of 11, 17, 28, 29, 36 and MEGA Number 42.

A single winner of $128 million would receive equal payments of more than $4.9 million a year (before federal tax withholding) for the next 26 years.  A retailer who sells a winning ticket worth $128 million would receive a bonus of $640,000 for selling the winning ticket.

Are you having trouble deciding which lottery game to play?  Try a “California Combo.”  This fun option gives players 5 MEGA Millions plays and 5 SuperLOTTO Plus plays with a single purchase!  Now through October 29, you will get two free SuperLOTTO Plus plays with every “California Combo” purchase.
