SACRAMENTO – Contestants from across the state won a total of $97,500 during this weekend’s “The Big Spin®” show.
Fahim Boktor, a cashier from Panorama City purchased a Big Spin Scratchers® ticket at Dawud’s Mobil in Sepulveda and uncovered Spin-Spin-Spin when he scratched it. After spinning the largest lottery wheel in the world, Boktor won $40,000, and said, “I plan to use my winnings towards my son’s college education.”
From the “Aces High” round, Donald Fuller, a valve technician from Vallejo won the right to spin “The Big Spin” wheel. Fuller bought his Big Spin Scratchers® ticket at Morris Union in Vallejo and uncovered TV Show -TV Show -TV Show and earned a trip to “The Big Spin” show for a $25,000 spin at the wheel. “It was a great experience! I plan to buy a Harley motorcycle with my winnings,” said Fuller.
The sole “Fantasy 5 Dream Machine” player was Rochelle Maus, a housekeeper from American Canyon, who was happy to win $10,000. Ms. Maus, who buys her tickets at USA Gasoline in Napa, said, “I’m going to buy a car with my winnings.”
