The California State Lottery will join the fun at the opening day festivities of the Jazz Jubilee with the colorful and zany LOTTO Balls on parade through Old Sacramento on Friday, May 27, 2005. A world blend of music, food and even a chance at a $26 million jackpot will be a part of the fun this Memorial Day Weekend 2005 in California’s Capitol City of Sacramento.
