Contestants Win a Total of $190,500 on “The Big Spin®” Show

William BarclaySACRAMENTO – Contestants from across the state won a total of $190,500 during this weekend’s “The Big Spin®” show.

The first player at the “Fantasy 5 Dream Machine” was William Barclay, a retiree from San Ramon, who was happy to win $70,000. Barclay, who buys his tickets at Safeway in San Ramon, said, “I’m going to help my daughter furnish her new condominium with my winnings.” Finishing the “Fantasy 5 Dream Machine” lucky streak was Victor Almaraz, a retiree from North Highlands. Almaraz, who won $65,000, bought his ticket at Santa Fe Market in North Highlands, and plans to travel to Europe with his winnings.

From the “Aces High” round, Helen Fawcett, a homemaker from West Sacramento, won the right to spin “The Big Spin” wheel. Ms. Fawcett bought her Big Spin Scratchers® ticket at Save Mart in Galt and uncovered TV Show -TV Show -TV Show and went directly to “ The Big Spin” show and spun the wheel for $30,000. “I’m going Victor Almarazto use this money towards a down payment on a home,” said Fawcett.

This week “The Big Spin®” show continued the new and exciting promotional game called “Cash Match,” where contestants have a chance to win a minimum cash prize of $1,000 to a maximum of $25,000. The two contestants on the “Cash Match” game were Connie Orris, a homemaker from Morgan Hill who won $1,000. The other contestant was Mitra Harris, an auditor from Simi Valley who was pleased to go home with $2,000. The game’s grand finale will be after six different “Cash Match” games are played and the player with the highest number wins the $25,000 jackpot.
