SACRAMENTO – Contestants from across the state won a total of $367,500 during this weekend’s “The Big Spin®” show.
From the “Aces High” round, Nida Supnet from San Diego was the finalist to get to spin “The Big Spin” wheel. Ms. Supnet bought her Big Spin Scratchers® ticket at Palm Ridge Liquor in San Diego and uncovered TV Show -TV Show -TV Show and went directly to “The Big Spin” show. She spun the wheel for $100,000 prize! “I’m going to buy a car for my son and also use this money to pay off my mortgage,” said Supnet.
The first player at the “Fantasy 5 Dream Machine” was Kelly Vukovich, a purchasing agent from Canyon Lake was ecstatic to win $90,000. Ms. Vukovich, who buys her tickets at Village Liquor in Chino, said, “I’m going to use this money to go on a tropical cruise.” The second player was Rose Fabian, a disability worker from Los Angeles who won $70,000. Ms. Fabian, who
bought her ticket at Metro Market in Los Angeles, plans to travel and pay bills with her winnings. Finishing the “Fantasy 5 Dream Machine” segment was Julye Lau-Solano, a bank supervisor from Murrieta. Ms. Lau-Solano, who won $60,000, bought her ticket at Long’s Drug in Temecula, and plans to use her winnings to take her family to the Bahamas and to buy a corvette.
Peter Bax, a retiree from La Verne purchased his Big Spin Scratchers® ticket at A & C Liquor in La Verne and uncovered Spin-Spin-Spin when he scratched it. After spinning the largest lottery wheel in the world, Bax won $25,000, and said, “It was awesome to spin the wheel and I plan to travel to Holland with my winnings.”
