Contestants on “The Big Spin®” Show Win More Than $360,000

Concetta_BurnsSACRAMENTO – Contestants from across the state won a total of $362,500 during this weekend’s “The Big Spin®” show.

Concetta Burns, an administrator from Pittsburg, purchased her Big Spin Scratchers® ticket at Jackson’s Wines & Spirits in Lafayette and uncovered “Spin-Spin-Spin” when she scratched it.  After spinning the largest prize wheel in the world and winning $150,000, Ms. Burns said, “The whole Hollywood experience was great and the win is unbelievable.”

Cathy_CainThe first player at the “Fantasy 5 Dream Machine” was Jerry Jackson, a retiree from Riverside, who was very happy to win $75,000.  Jackson plans to go on a cruise with the winnings from the ticket he purchased at Victoria Liquor in Riverside.  The last player to step up to the “Fantasy 5 Dream Machine” was Cathy Cain from Yreka who won $75,000.  Cain, who bought her ticket at Price Less Food Store in Yreka, plans to invest her winnings in property.

From the “Aces High” round, Donny Rojas, an electrician from San Bernardino won the right to spin the wheel.  Rojas, who bought his Big Spin Scratchers® ticket at a Chevron in Orange, spun the wheel for $40,000.  “This is a once in a lifetime experience, I’m very happy with this win,” said Rojas.
