WHAT:	California Lottery Scratchers players have an extra chance at winning a prize ranging from $1,000 to $25,000. The California Lottery is offering a special promotional drawing on March 22, 2002 giving loyal Scratchers players yet another way to win a prize. This drawing was designed when Lottery officials found certain games had been sold after top prizes had been won by players. The Scratchers $1 Million Drawing offers players a chance to win one of 240 prize ranging from $1,000 to $25,000. To enter the drawing, players have sent in their name, address, phone number and age on a piece of paper in an envelope or on a postcard. The deadline for entries was Monday, March 18, 2002. Now its time to pick 240 winners!
WHEN:	Friday, March 22, 2002 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Prizes of $25,000 will be the first picked!
