SACRAMENTO – A Fantasy 5 ticket worth nearly three-quarter million dollars purchased in Bonita has been claimed by a lucky Lottery player.
The man – who requested anonymity – plans to pay for his daughter’s fall wedding and honeymoon with his winnings. He says he and his wife are also looking forward to getting a new car, but nothing “too fancy.”
The winning ticket was purchased at Holiday House Liquors located at 4206 Bonita Road and is worth an astounding $714,949.
Fantasy 5 offers some of the best odds of any California Lottery game. A player wins the Fantasy 5 jackpot simply by matching five numbers out of a field of 39. The top prize starts at $50,000 and can top $500,000 depending on how many times it rolls over (similar to SuperLOTTO Plus® and MEGA Millions®). Winning numbers are drawn every day.
