“Big, Big Money” on ‘The Big Spin®’ Show
SACRAMENTO – Hiram Kirk from Modesto beat out nine other contestants for a chance to spin the big wheel. Kirk was playing on behalf of his son, George Kirk, and his lucky streak continued as he grossed $60,000. The grand total won by all contestants on this week’s episode of The Big Spin was $257,500.
This week’s episode of The Big Spin featured three Fantasy 5 Dream Machine players. Martin Sixto of Goleta was the first one up, and his wish was simple – all he wanted was “big, big money!” His turn was worth $30,000, and he plans to take his family on a vacation to Guadalajara with his winnings.
Karen Spurrier stepped up to the Dream Machine on behalf of her mother, Dorothy Buseth of Cloverdale. Spurrier’s first two balls landed in the $40,000 and $30,000 slots, the two highest prize amounts available. With the $70,000 prize, she said her mom has plans to remodel her home.
Mario C. Ferrer of Bakersfield was the last contestant on the Dream Machine, and he won $75,000. He plans to buy his college-bound son a car to get to and from school.
