SACRAMENTO – Porfirio Siordia, a construction worker from Moreno Valley, uncovered “Spin-Spin-Spin” on his Scratchers® ticket sending him to The Big Spin wheel where he got to spin not once, but twice. Siordia’s first spin landed on the “Triple” spoke and his next spin landed in the “$100,000” spoke, making his total prize $300,000. Siordia plans to start his own business with his prize and also said, “I want to take my wife and kids to Hawaii!”
This week on The Big Spin show, three contestants won a total of
$355,000. The show aired statewide Saturday, November 3, 2007, the grand total won this week was $377,500!
Michael Mastrocovo, a retiree from Fairfield, was incredulous that he was getting a chance to play the Fantasy 5 Dream Machine. “This is a dream! I have so much to be thankful for, especially my wonderful wife of 44 years and my family.” Mastrocovo won $30,000 but wasn’t sure what he would spend his prize on quite yet.
Ruby Sunderman, another retiree from Bieber outplayed nine other contestants in Aces High and walked away with $25,000, she wants to pay off some debt with her prize.
