Here's How To Play:
Whenever you buy at least $5 of Fantasy 5 plays on the same ticket from a California Lottery retailer, you will receive one free entry form coupon for a chance to appear on "The Big Spin®" TV show. You'll automatically get the coupon from your retailer, then you mail it to the California Lottery to enter the drawing. One (1) entry per envelope.

You will be notified if your entry form coupon has been drawn, enabling you to play the Dream Machine on "The Big Spin®" show.
