Please be aware that the California State Lottery (“Lottery”) requires a signed “Submission and Non-Confidentiality Agreement” before it will review ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, lottery games, marketing plans, new product names, original creative artwork, suggestions or other works.

Please review the Submission and Non-Confidentiality Agreement carefully.  If you agree with its terms and would like to provide a submission to the Lottery, complete and sign the Submission and Non-Confidentiality Agreement and send it along with your submission to:

We encourage you, before submitting your idea or materials, to consult with your attorney and to take necessary steps to protect your legal rights.

If you send a submission without an accompanying signed Submission and Non-Confidentiality Agreement, the Lottery will not consider or review the submission.
